Picked up our Evoque from Richard at Coton and Ellis yesterday and can't fault it. Car was exactly as described and immaculately presented. Bought without seeing in person until I went to collect but no regrets at all. Communication was great throughout the process and I'd highly recommend to anyone who's interested in a car they have for sale.

Really happy dealing with Coton and Ellis. Probably one of smoothest transactions I’ve ever had. Phoned on the Saturday to reserve, Driving away first thing Monday morning. Richard was superb. The vehicle was exactly how he described. He even collected me from the train station sorted my tax and all paperwork in order. 10/10 customer service would highly recommend buying a vehicle from them.

Phoned Richard about a vehicle he had in stock and he was very helpfull. As i was travelling 85 miles i asked a lot of specific questions whitch he answered. I went and viewed the motor and met Richard . I got a great deal from a very nice bloke. All paperwork spot on and a coffee while everything was sorted. Would buy from coton and ellis again. Spoke to the owner himself to purchase a vehicle and I just couldn’t believe how rude he was speaking to me on the phone, customer service skills are 1/10. He’s selling a vehicle which has 2mm off tread on the rear and expects you to do the service yourself! You should learn how to respect customers! 25years you said you was in the business and yet you still don’t have a clue how to run a business!
